The Burger Guys' Review

The Louie's Original at Louie’s Original is a burger that promises much with its high-quality ingredients but ultimately falls short of greatness. The brioche bun, while commendable in its own right, tends to overshadow the rest of the components, leaving the patties struggling to make their presence felt. The meat, unfortunately, lacks the tenderness and flavor that could elevate the experience, and its thickness detracts from the overall mouthfeel. Toppings, though potentially flavorful, get lost amidst the dominant bun and cheese. A thinner, smash-style patty might have provided the balance needed to let the sauce and pickles shine. In essence, while enjoyable, this burger doesn't quite make the cut for a top-tier ranking.
