How It Works
Three Dimensions
Every burger is scored on Meat, Bun, and Essence (the X-factor) on a 0–5 scale.
Independent Raters
Each city has 2–4 professional raters who score independently. The final score is the average.

Starting in San Francisco, expanding to Oakland, New York, and beyond. Same system, local expertise.
