The Brasserie Burger at Bluestem Brasserie offers a mixed bag of experiences. The bun impresses with its pleasant texture, providing a solid foundation for the burger. However, the meat leaves something to be desired, with a chewy consistency that detracts from the overall enjoyment. The rosemary marinated onions add a delightful twist, though the sauce seems to overpower rather than complement.
